It was yet another podium finish for Maple Ridge's Kaiwen Jiang at the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour event in Cultus Lake last weekend.

Competing in the Boys 9-10 division, Jiang got off to a bit of a rocky start, shooting four bogeys and one double bogey on the front nine.

However, he was able to turn things around on the back nine, notching a couple of birdies to help him finish with a score of 70, putting him tied at third place.

Jiang now has his sights set on even bigger things, with the 10-year-old golfer having qualified for the MJT Mini Tour National Championship in August.
