A body was found near the building shared between a Tim Hortons and Wendy's restaurants Saturday night, June 22.
Around 7 p.m., Ridge Meadows RCMP and local fire crews responded to reports of a body found near the building at Dewdney Trunk Road and Lougheed Highway.
Ridge Meadows RCMP said the investigation is still in its early stages, but at this point in time it's not believed to be suspicious.
Details of the deceased person were not available, but Mounties are in the process of notifying next of kin, Mounties told The News.
